Why a cupcake?
They are portion perfect and each cupcake equals about 1/2 a slice of cake. They are portable and require no fork to eat. They are big enough to be an indulgence, but small enough to be guilt free. Best of all, you never have to share a cupcake!
How do I care for cupcakes?
It is best to keep Sugar Bliss cupcakes at room temperature and eat them on the day they are purchased, since we bake them fresh with no preservatives. If you must extend their life, wrap the bakery box with plastic wrap or place the cupcakes in an airtight container. We do not recommend putting them directly in the fridge, as doing so will dry out the cake. However, the flavors that contain perishable frostings (cream cheese or fruit) should be refrigerated until ready to be served.
Do you have a retail location?
We currently offer catering/delivery only. However we plan to open our retail location this summer in the Chicago Loop. Please check back our website for updates.
How do I order?
Please call us at 312-845-9669 or order online We require a minimum order of 1 dozen regular cupcakes per flavor or 2 dozen mini cupcakes per flavor. Please order at least 48 hours in advance and allow more notice for large orders and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.
Because we have a small kitchen, for each 1 dozen of regular cupcakes purchased, you are able to choose 2 flavors (for each 1 dozen of mini cupcakes purchased you are able to choose 1 flavor). For example, if you order 2 dozen regular cupcakes, you can pick up to 4 flavors, and for 4 dozen mini cupcakes you can pick up to 4 flavors.
Can I place an order for cupcakes on the same day that I need them?
Just call and ask. At Sugar Bliss we will do everything to accommodate your request for cupcakes. However, we are sometimes unable to process last minute orders. We suggest placing your order 48 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Custom orders cannot be cancelled. All other advance orders can be cancelled with 48 hours notice for a full refund.
Do you deliver cupcakes?
Yes! Please call us to inquire about our wedding packages and offerings. We bake and deliver your cupcakes to you on the day of your event and even will set-up (at a fee).
Do your cupcakes contain trans fats?
Sugar Bliss cupcakes contain no trans fats!
Do your cupcakes contain dairy/sugar/ peanuts?
Yes. Sugar Bliss cupcakes are made with premium ingredients which include dairy, sugar and peanuts. We also bake with peanut products on the premises and we do not recommend our cupcakes to people with peanut allergies.
Do you custom decorate?
All our cupcakes come decorated with our signature Sugar Bliss design, so we do not custom decorate our cupcakes.
