Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique bakes all cupcakes and
cake pops from scratch daily using only the highest quality, natural ingredients,
such as European Cocoa, Nielsen Massey pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and real fruits.
Our extra moist cupcakes are decorated with our signature Sugar Bliss bloom, a rich and
creamy frosting topped with our signature dot. Any one of our 20+ flavors, ranging from a
subtle to decadent sweetness, is sure to satisfy just about any sweet tooth. Come visit our

three sizes and include satin ribbon in an assortment of colors.

Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique offers a 6" round cake (serves 6-8 people).
The 6" round cake has a top and bottom border, the side decoration can either
be plain, polka dots, or Sugar Bliss blossoms; the top of the cake can have a
written inscription or be plain.
For custom coloring, please add $5 per color.
6" round cakes must be ordered by 12pm, 2 days prior.

Hands on instruction and demonstrations, an apron and chef’s hat to wear during class, recipes and baked goods to take home.
Classes are offered on Tuesday 4-6pm and Sat 3-5pm at Sugar Bliss Loop location at 115 N Wabash. Please arrive promptly.
Cost for each class per child is $50.Please register in advance and payment must be made at time of registration.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to a class will receive a class credit for a different class up to 6 months.
Class size minimum is 2 and maximum is 10 (ages 6-13).Children must be wearing comfortable clothes, hair should be
tied back and they should be wearing rubber soled closed toed shoes.
**Please note classes maybe cancelled due to low attendance if less
than 2 children. Full refund or credit for cancelled classes.
They are portion perfect and each regular cupcake equals about 1/2 a slice of cake.
They are portable and require no fork to eat. They are big enough to be an indulgence,
but small enough to be guilt free.
Best of all, you never have to share a cupcake!
It is best to keep Sugar Bliss cupcakes at room temperature and eat them on the day
they are purchased, since we bake them fresh with no preservatives. If you must extend
their life, wrap the bakery box with plastic wrap or place the cupcakes in an airtight container.
We do not recommend putting them directly in the fridge, as doing so will dry out the cake.
Sugar Bliss cupcakes are made with premium ingredients, which include dairy, sugar, and flour.
Although we do not use whole nuts in our cupcakes unless specified, we bake with peanut products
on the premises and we do not recommend our cupcakes to people with peanut allergies.
Please call us at 312-845-9669 or order online. For an advance order or delivery,
we require a minimum order of, 1 dozen regular cupcakes, 2 dozen mini cupcakes,
1 dozen breakfast cupcakes or 1 dozen cake pops. Please place your order at least
24 hours in advance and allow more notice for large orders and holidays such as
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day.

Because we have a small kitchen, we can only make the flavors for the day. If you are ordering
in advance for pick up or delivery, please choose the flavors available on the day of pickup or
delivery. For example for pickup or delivery on Saturday, please choose the flavors that are
offered on Saturday.
Yes! Please call us to inquire about our wedding packages and offerings.
We bake and deliver your cupcakes to you on the day of your event and even will set-up
(at a fee). We also offer cupcake tiers, individual cupcake wedding favors, and custom

Unfortunately we do not write on our cupcakes due to the design, but you can
purchase birthday candles from us ($0.50 for single candle, $2.50 for 16 pack
of silver or blue candles, $6 for Happy Birthday candles). We also have in-store
edible Happy Birthday, Congrats, It's a Girl, It's a Boy, Thank You, Get Well
Soon edible logos ($0.50 each or $3 for 12).
We recommend that you consume your Cake Pops within 2-3 days of receiving them. It is recommended that you keep your Cake Pops at room temperature.
With a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Chicago in Economics and Statistics and a career in finance
for 6+ years, owner Teresa Ging left her finance position to attend Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie program in Paris.
When she returned to Chicago she set out to pursue a dream to open a cupcake boutique and spent eight months
testing cupcake recipes. In August 2007, Ging finalized the 20+ flavors in the Sugar Bliss cupcake collection and
launched the catering and delivery side of the business in October 2007. She has expanded her client base with
corporate customers, hotels, event and wedding planners and catering companies. In January 2009, Teresa Ging opened
the first Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique retail location at 115 N Wabash in the Downtown Chicago Loop. In addition, she
has received numerous awards since opening Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique including Best New Business in 2010 from the
City Treasurer's Office/City of Chicago and Rising Star Award in 2011 from the Women's Business Development Center,
as well as has been invited by President Obama to attend the signing of the White House Council on Women & Girls.
